Connectors

BaseCommand reads your CRM via OAuth.

Read-scoped by default. Writeback only on your approval. The CRM stays your system of record.

HubSpot

Live today

Connect via OAuth. No credentials, no migration, no data project.

  • OAuth connect: standard HubSpot authorization flow
  • Read-scoped by default: contacts, companies, deals, notes, engagements
  • HubSpot Professional or higher: the install needs the automation scope, which Free and Starter portals do not have
  • Writeback only on your approval: nothing writes until you release it
  • Disconnecting purges the synced working copy immediately, and removing the app in HubSpot purges it within the hour

Salesforce

Live today

Connect via OAuth. Read-only sync. No credentials, no migration, no data project.

  • OAuth connect: standard Salesforce authorization flow with PKCE
  • Read-only sync: accounts, opportunities, contacts, activities
  • Renewal field mapping and health scoring on your org as-is
  • Writeback is bounded to a task, a note, or a specific field, and only when you release it
  • Agents on Salesforce draft outreach and briefs into your Inbox for review today
  • Disconnecting revokes access and stops the sync, with full deletion available on request until the automatic purge ships

How the connection works

Every connector follows the same pattern: OAuth authorization through the CRM's official flow, read-scoped by default. BaseCommand syncs a working copy of your CRM data into an encrypted, row-level-scoped store to power the dashboard and background agents.

Writeback is earned: a drafted move never reaches your CRM until you review it in your Inbox and release it. The one exception is opt-in and separate: if you provision BaseCommand's computed fields, scores and forecasts flow into those specific mapped properties on a schedule you turn on, and your own edits are never overwritten. The CRM stays your system of record at every step.

Disconnecting a HubSpot portal removes the synced working copy immediately, no 30-day retention window. Salesforce disconnect currently revokes access and stops the sync; the synced-copy purge for Salesforce isn't wired up yet, so contact us to request deletion in the meantime.
