What's a "watched account"?
A watched account is a customer you've flagged for active monitoring: health, expansion signals, renewal prep. BaseCommand focuses its background work on the accounts you're actively running, under generous fair-use limits sized for individual CSMs and small renewal teams.
Do I pay per token or per agent run?
No per-token bills. The founder rate is flat. If your usage approaches the fair-use threshold we'll reach out ahead of time, never a surprise overage.
I signed up at founder pricing. Does anything change later?
You lock the founder rate at signup. When standard pricing rolls out for new customers, founders aren't auto-migrated to the new tier. You continue at the rate you signed up at. If our cost structure shifts in the future, we'll give founders advance notice and the choice to decide before any change takes effect.
What if my book or usage is unusually large?
Talk to us. We'll discuss enterprise terms: multi-portal, domain-based team provisioning, custom limits. An enterprise conversation doesn't change your founder rate on the standard offering.
