Live demo · sample data from a real CRM we connected

See Renewal Cadence Orchestrator on a real-shaped portfolio.

Pick a sample book. Run the agent. See the output it would produce, in the same shape as on your real CRM.

The agent generates the multi-role cadence for one renewal: who owns each touch, what they send, when.

Click “Run on sample” to see the output Renewal Cadence Orchestrator produces.

Output renders the same way on your real CRM data. This preview uses sample accounts.

How It Works

Up and running in under 2 minutes

1

Pick the Deal

Select the renewal deal from your CRM. The agent pulls the renewal date, ARR, and deal context automatically.

2

Configure the Role Matrix

Assign the Renewal Specialist, CSM, AE, Finance, and CRO to their respective touches. Incentive logic and multi-year anchor language are applied based on your inputs.

3

Cadence Built and Drafted

The agent computes exact touch dates, maps each to its assigned owner, and drafts all five emails. Review the full cadence in one view.

4

Optionally Provision to Your CRM

If you want tasks created in your CRM, review the diff preview first. See exactly what will be created before confirming. Nothing writes until you approve.

The Difference

Stop guessing. Start knowing.

Without Renewal Cadence Orchestrator

Each CSM runs their own renewal cadence: no shared framework, no coordination across roles

Multi-stakeholder renewals have no structured handoff between CSM, AE, and Finance

Drafting five emails for one deal takes an hour and looks different every time

Critical touches get missed because there's no tracking of what's current vs overdue

With Renewal Cadence Orchestrator

One structured five-touch cadence for every renewal, consistent across the team

Role matrix maps who owns each touch: CSM for value, AE for commercial, CRO for exec close

All five email drafts generated in one pass and ready for review

Touch status tracked as current, complete, or upcoming, so nothing slips

Capabilities

What's Inside

A

Five-Touch Framework

120/90/60/30/0-day cadence with role assignments at each marker: Renewal Specialist, CSM, AE, Finance, and CRO for the exec close.

B

Date Computation

Exact touch dates computed from your renewal deadline and notification window. No manual calendar math.

C

Multi-Year Anchor Language

The 60-day touch is built to introduce the multi-year proposal at the right moment, with anchor framing that positions the three-year option as the recommended path.

D

CRM Provisioning (Optional)

For portals that support it, the agent can create tasks and a cadence note on the deal record, reviewed in a diff preview before anything writes.

E

Touch Status Tracking

Each touch is tracked as complete, current, or upcoming, so the team always knows where the cadence stands without chasing updates.

Built for you if…

You're a CSM managing complex renewals that require coordination across multiple roles

You're a CS leader who wants a consistent renewal cadence framework across the whole team

You're a Renewal Specialist whose renewals involve AE and Finance coordination

You're managing a high-ARR renewal where missing a touch is not an option

A missed touch at 60 days is a 60-day negotiation with no leverage.

Common Questions

Yes. The role matrix is configurable per deal. You assign the specific people to each role. The framework defines which touch belongs to which role; you decide who fills each role for this deal.

CRM provisioning creates real tasks and a cadence note on the deal record in your connected CRM. It is entirely optional. You can run the cadence in-app only, without writing anything back to your CRM. When you do enable provisioning, a diff preview shows exactly what will be created before you confirm.

The touch dates are computed from your actual renewal deadline, so short timelines collapse the cadence appropriately and long ones spread it. The 120-day start is the default; if the deal is already past 120 days, the agent picks up from the current position in the framework.
